Members of the Tien Yen district Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in the northern province of Quang Ninh have gathered to help revolutionary contributors build houses, based on the Prime Minister’s decision on supporting housing for revolutionary contributors.

The assistance will last until the end of 2014, with a target to help 209 revolutionary contributors repair or build houses.
So far, members have registered to help build 65 revolutionary contributors’ houses.
The youth union’s assistance will help boost the progress of the housing construction, while educating the young generation about the tradition of being grateful to revolutionary contributors.
The Prime Minister’s decision on giving housing support to revolutionary contributors was issued in April. Accordingly, each revolutionary contributor’s repaired or newly-built house will be assisted with VND20 million or VND40 million, respectively./.
