Emulation and commendation work should be accompanied with the implementation of political tasks in line with specific conditions while being nourished regularly, PM Dung said.

Addressing the congress’ opening ceremony, General Quang said that the congress aims to review the sector’s emulation and commendation work in the 2010-2015 period in order to draw from experiences, specify shortcomings and causes, and seek solutions to overcome the issues.

On this occasion, on behalf of Party and State leaders, PM Dung presented the Military Exploit Order, first class to Minister Quang and Deputy Minister of Public Security To Lam; and the Military Exploit Order, second class to Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quy Vuong.
