Quang Ninh province welcomes APEC high-level policy dialogue on sustainable tourism

At the event, Chairman of the Quang Ninh provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Long said that Quang Ninh province was greatly honoured to be selected by the APEC Organizing Committee as the site to held the APEC high-level policy dialogue on sustainable tourism. This was an opportunity for Quang Ninh province to introduce its economic potential and great tourism resources to international friends, especially Ha Long bay, a heritage and a natural wonder of the world, and a system of national relics and provincial relics stretching from Dong Trieu town to Mong Cai city. Tourist centres have affirmed national and international brands such as Ha Long, Yen Tu, Van Don, Co To and Mong Cai.

He also hoped that the dialogue would contribute to more strongly spreading the brand, as well as raising the attractiveness of Quang Ninh tourism to international friends and the most sincere invitation of Quang Ninh province to investors.

APEC high-Level policy dialogue on sustainable tourism officially takes place in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province on June 19^th, with the participation of delegates from 21 APEC economies./.
