Arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the northern Quang Ninh province

The Standing Board of Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee has agreed the policy of merging nine communal administrative units that must be arranged in the 2019-2021 period.

Localities must build specific timelines to ensure the arrangement by December 30th, 2019.

The Standing Board asked committees, authorities at all levels, agencies, units and localities to have high political determination, great efforts, drastic, synchronous and effective actions in order to seriously implement the policy of the Party and the State on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

The arrangement must ensure the overall, synchronous and stable association with the renovation and organizational structure of the political system, restructuring and improving the quality of officials and civil servants./.
