Bac Kan implements special subject of studying and following Uncle Ho

The conference was held online with the participation of more than 13,000 officials and party members.

At the event, participants listened to the implementation of the special subject of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in 2024 and 2025, on “Enhancing the spirit of responsibility, flexibility, creativity, and decisive action to achieve the goals set by the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels”.

The conference thoroughly grasped the central documents and regulations, including: Directive 30-CT/TW dated February 5, 2024 of the Secretariat on oral popularization work in the new situation; Regulation 125-QD/TW dated October 10, 2023 of the Party Central Committee on the functions, tasks and working relationships of party committees and grassroots cells in public service units; Regulation 138-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Party Central Committee on the functions, tasks and working relationships of party committees, grassroots party cells and agencies; Conclusion 62-KL/TW dated October 2, 2023 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution 19-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate organization and management system, improving the quality and operational efficiency of public service units; and Directive 29-CT/TW dated January 5, 2024 of the Politburo on education universalization, compulsory education, adult illiteracy eradication and promotion of student streaming in general education. 

At the conference, Secretary of the Bac Kan Party Committee Hoang Duy Chinh requested party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on effectively implementing Plan 229-KH/TU dated February 5, 2024 of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee on studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in 2024 and 2025./.
