CHIC Center holds contest marking Vietnamese Teachers' Day

After one month of launching the contest to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, the Board of Directors of CHIC Center for Research and Application of Educational Psychology has selected the winners of this year's contest.

This is the 8th contest CHIC Center has organized on the occasion of November 20 to honor the teaching profession and those working in education; to increase creativity in designing and producing teaching aids; and to search for and honor new and useful ideas in early intervention for children with disabilities.

Contestants are all teachers and staff of the center. The contest consists of two parts: Writing about beautiful memories, feelings about the teaching profession or thoughts and wishes about the education sector in the future, accompanied by pictures of beautiful moments with students; teaching aids made by teachers themselves to teach students at the center.

The special award of this year’s contest is given to Nguyen Thi Kim Anh, a young teacher with her teaching materials entry themed ‘Career’ and an article titled ‘There is a profession that you will never grow up in your whole life – that is the profession of being friends with children’.

The award ceremony was held on November 16 at the center. The highest prize is 1.5 million VND. And the first, second, third and consolation prizes are 1.3 million, 1 million, 800,000 and 500,000 VND respectively./.
