Da Nang launches 2024 Tree Planting Festival

The Da Nang City People’s Committee has launched the Tree Planting Festival in eternal gratitude to Uncle Ho, attended by numerous participants.

In recent years, the Tet tree planting movement in the central coastal city of Da Nang has been implemented regularly and effectively, contributing to creating a green, clean and beautiful urban landscape; developing street trees; improving the quality of life, and protecting the environment.
The movement also contributes to gradually realizing the project of “Planting one billion trees in 2021-2025” in Da Nang.
After the launch ceremony, leaders of the city, Lien Chieu district and units, youth union members, students and a large number of people planted green trees in the garden park area No. 1 in the Northwest new urban center./.
