On March 25, the Ha Nam Youth Committee and Police Women Committee organized a seminar to study and implement Uncle Ho’s six teachings and honor the exemplary youth and women of the provincial Public Security in 2023.
At the seminar, participants were typical, advanced groups and individuals, representing the generation of young people and women in the provincial police force. They shared good experiences, meaningful activities in implementing the emulation content of the movement of studying and implementing Uncle Ho’s six teachings at each agency and unit in recent times.

The Ha Nam Youth Committee and Police Women Committee actively built plans to realize the movement in 100% of union organizations and associations at all levels under the provincial Public Security.
Comrade Tran Ngoc Nam, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, awarded the Medal for the Young Generation to individuals who have made many contributions to the provincial Public Security.
The program aims to make studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, and the responsibility of setting an example of officials and party members, especially leaders; a regular job and a driving force to promote internal strength, overcome difficulties and challenges, promote innovation and creativity, arouse the will to be self-reliant, and the desire to build and develop clean, strong and comprehensive agencies and units.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee awarded the Medal "For the Young Generation" to two comrades from the provincial Public Security for their contributions to the union’s work and the youth movement in recent times. The provincial Public Security also honored 20 typical police women of Ha Nam in 2023./.
