Exhibition on President Ho Chi Minh and patriotic emulation movements

More than 200 documents and objects on President Ho Chi Minh and patriotic emulation movements are on display at an exhibition which opened in Hanoi on June 7th.

The event was jointly organised by the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Archives Bureau of the Party Central Committee Office to mark the 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s Appeal for Patriotic Emulation (June 11th).

The exhibits recall emulation movements between 1945 and 1954, socialism building in the northern region and struggle for liberation in the Southern region and national reunification from 1954-1975, and patriotic emulation movements from 1975 until now.

The exhibition also introduce patriotic emulation movements at present such as campaigns on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s example in ethics, on uniting all people to build new lifestyle and building rural areas.

Movements have contributed to encourage the Party, the army and people to uphold obtained achievements and strive to successful implement objectives for rich people, strong country, democracy, justice and civilization./.
