Experiencing Tay Ninh cultural activities in Hanoi

The artistic performance to mark the 63rd anniversary of the capital liberation (October 10th) which has taken place at Ly Thai To flower garden, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi, has brought a deep impression of Tay Ninh culture.
Accordingly, a range of activities featuring the culture and tourism attractions of the southwestern province of Tay Ninh were held. They included a photo exhibition on the 180-year history of the formation and development of the province; a showcase on the province's specialty products; the screening of two documentaries on local tourism potential and the development of the province.
The same day, a folk music show was held, featuring Don ca tai tu (southern amateur singing), which has been recognised as an element of intangible cultural heritage of human-kind by UNESCO.
Addressing the event, standing Deputy Head of Tay Ninh provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Ngoc said that the event was an opportunity to promote cooperation and exchanges between Tay Ninh province and Hanoi.
