Hanoi to have more cultural attraction to serve people

At the meeting with artists from the Hanoi Union of Literature and Arts Associations, Chairman of Hanoi City People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung said the city defined 51 key projects, including six cultural projects.

Especially, in the near future, Hanoi will research upgrading Long Bien Bridge to display cultural and arts works, and connect with the space of Hanoi Old Quarter to create more cultural attraction.

The chairman of Hanoi City People’s Committee said that the city would support capital artists and intellectuals to produce significant cultural and arts programmes. He also expressed his hope that members of the Hanoi Union of Literature and Arts Associations would continue accompanying the city for capital building, especially in the preservation and promotion of cultural values./.
