Lao artists to perform in Vietnam

The Department of Performing Arts under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has welcomed 42 Lao artists to perform in Vietnam from July 17th to 21st on the occasion of “Laos Tourism Cultural Days in Vietnam 2017”.

Performances will take place at Hanoi Opera House at 1 Trang Tien street at 8p.m on July 17th, 2017; at Lam Son Theatre, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province at 20h00 on July 19th; at Hai Phong City Theatre at 27 Tran Hung Dao street, Hong Bang district at 20h00 on July 21st.
They will be held to mark the 55th founding anniversary of Vietnam - Laos diplomatic ties, the 40th anniversary of signing the bilateral Treaty of Amity and Cooperation, and the Vietnam - Laos Friendship and Solidarity Year in 2017.
The performances will help Vietnamese people understand more about the land and people of Laos, as well as the friendship of the peoples of Vietnam and Laos.
