Korean culture and tourism to be introduced in Ho Chi Minh city

The fascinating beauty of Korean culture and tourism will be introduced at 2019 Korea Tourism and Cultural Festival in Ho Chi Minh city from September 28th to 29th.

The festival will take place on Nguyen Hue pedestrian to promote Korean culture and tourism to markets in the south of the Republic of Korea (RoK), especially the markets with a high annual growth of tourists like Vietnam.
The event will be held by the Korea Tourism Organization to mark the 30th anniversary of RoK - ASEAN cooperation and the success of the similar event held for the first time in Hanoi in 2017.
Korean enterprises as well as leading Vietnamese travel agencies such as Vietravel, Saigontourist, Ben Thanh Tourism and Transviet will participate in the exhibition with 30 pavilions. Visitors can enjoy diverse activities like putting on Korean traditional clothes, making decorative things and quizzes.
The event’s highlight will be the promotion of Hallyu Korean cultural wave, and Korean and Vietnamese artistic performances at the main stage./.
