Two Deputy Heads of Ho Chi Minh city’s Departments appointed

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang, Head of Investment Management Department under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, born in 1979, is from the north central province of Thanh Hoa. He holds a Master's degree in civil engineering. 

On the same day, Mr. Vo Van Hoan, Deputy Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh city People's Committee, presented a decision appointing Mr. Phan Cong Bang, Head of the Waterway Management Centre under the Ho Chi Minh city Department of Transport, as Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh city Department of Transport for the five-year period.

Mr. Phan Cong Bang, born in 1976, is from the central province of Nghe An. He holds a Master's degree in engineering and an engineering degree in water work.

Congratulating the two new deputy heads, Mr. Le Thanh Liem hoped that the two people will uphold their strong points to fulfill their assigned duties excellently./.
