Quang Ninh province determined to complete key constructions

In 2016, the northern province of Quang Ninh is determined to complete key constructions, said Nguyen Van Doc, Secretary of the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee, during the 5th meeting of the provincial Party Executive Board held on March 30th.
Van Don Airport construction will be accelerated.
Specifically, the Secretary asked for the completion of the Dai Duong Park, An Lac Cemetery, Indevco Group’s waste treatment plant and FLC Group’s golf course. Meanwhile, the construction of Van Don Airport and Van Don – Mong Cai Highway will be accelerated for completion by 2018.
According to the provincial Party Executive Board, in the first quarter of this year, it focused direction on preparations of the NA and People’s Council elections for the 2016-2020 tenure. So far the provincial Fatherland Front has completed the first and second consultative meetings in accordance with legal regulations.
The first quarter of this year also saw stable and positive economic growth at a rate of 8.1%, with a collection of over VND8.8 trillion to the State budget and tourism turnover of nearly VND2 trillion.
Its investment and business environment has continuously improved, leading to the granting of investment certificates for 10 projects with a capital of nearly VND4.5 trillion./.
