Toyota Vietnam launches football camp for kids

With support from the Ministry of Education and Training and the Vietnam Football Federation, the summer camp will be held between June 22nd and August 11th.

The selection round of the camp will be held at the Gieng Day stadium in Quang Ninh province on June 22nd, before moving onto Thien Truong stadium in Nam Dinh province, and the Go Dau stadium in Binh Duong province on June 29th. The final destination of the selection round will be held in the Vinh stadium in Nghe An province on June 30th.

Once the selection round has been complete, 30 outstanding young athletes will be selected to take part in the camp in Hanoi.

Upon their arrival in the capital the young footballers will receive guidance from Pham Nhu Thuan, a former national football player and former coach of the Quang Ninh Football Club. Also on hand to provide feedback will be a number of young professional players including Nghiem Xuan Tu of Than Quang Ninh FC, Pham Xuan Manh of Song Lam Nghe An FC, Tran Manh Hung of Nam Dinh FC, and Nguyen Tien Linh of Becamex Binh Duong FC.

The program aims to seek and develop young football talents and nurture their passion for the sport. As well as being trained in football skills, the students will also learn about persistence and teamwork and have the opportunity to explore their limits and challenge themselves to make their dreams come true./.
