National flag carrier operates Hanoi - Dong Hoi air route

The operation of the air route will bring more attractive choices for passengers and contribute to promoting Quang Binh tourism during summer.

Flights from Hanoi to Dong Hoi will depart at 06h00 from every Tuesday to Sunday. For the peak period from June 4^th to August 27^th, the national flag carrier will operate the route every day with the flight duration of 1 hour.

With the advantages of long coastline and location near beautiful caves of Quang Binh, Dong Hoi is increasingly favored by travelers in recent years. Last year, the city greeted nearly 1.1 million tourists, a 29% rise over a year earlier.

Together with attractive landscapes, Dong Hoi also attracts tourists with many historical and cultural relic sites such as Dong Hoi ancient citadel, Tam Toa Church bell-tower, and Duc Ninh battlefield.

On this occasion, from now to August 31^st, Vietnam Airlines offers attractive one-way ticket prices from VND600,000 (economy class) and VND1.8 million (business class), excluding taxes and fees. The preferential prices are applied for journeys from June 1^st to August 31^st./.
