Specifically, VNAT has introduced Vietnam’s tourism in Chengdu (Sichuan) and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on tourism cooperation with the Department of Culture and Tourism of Sichuan.

Through the move, enterprises and people of China will have more opportunities to learn about the landscape, people, culture and tourism of Vietnam through new destinations.

The MoU will bring new steps in cooperation, helping to increase visitor exchange, promotion, investment in tourism, and exchange of management experiences, as well as encourage increased air connection, training, development of human resources, and improvement of quality of services.

Earlier, the administration continued promoting Vietnam’s tourism in Chongqing and Shenzhen.

This July, Vietnam’s tourism will be promoted in Taipei - Taiwan (China) with prominent activities of introducing cuisine at an exhibition.

On this occasion, VNAT will meet and work with Tourism Department of Taiwan (China), some big enterprises, tourism associations, hotels and chefs.
