Da Chong (K9) historical relic site welcomes compatriots and soldiers from nationwide

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has agreed for the Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum to welcome compatriots and soldiers from nationwide to offer incense for the President and visit the Da Chong (K9) historical relic site from March 2016.
The showroom, film screening room, road, parking area, and commemorative house to President Ho Chi Minh at the site have been improved to welcome visitors.

The relic site is located on the Ba Vi mountain in the outskirts of Hanoi. In May 1957, President Ho Chi Minh decided to choose it as a place to work and rest for the Party Central Committee.
Many decisions and instructions of the Party Central Committee were issued here, contributing to the liberation of the South and the national reunification in 1975.
This place was also selected by the Politburo to preserve President Ho Chi Minh’s body from 1969 to 1975./.
