Hundreds of artisans and people who love orchids from various localities across the country will have an opportunity to see hundreds of orchid species at an orchid festival in the central city of Da Nang from May 27 to May 28.

Accordingly, 400 orchids of all kinds produced by artisans nationwide, including those from Hanoi, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, and Ho Chi Minh City, will be displayed.
This marks the fourth time the event will be held in Da Nang, with the aim of creating a playground for people who love orchids. It is expected the festival which will be held by the Museum of Da Nang and the Da Nang Orchid Club under the central city's Bonsai Association will attract about 1,000 arrivals.
The organising board will present three sets of prizes to outstanding works of orchids, including orchids featuring a hanging stem, sword orchids, and synthetic orchids.
Each set of prizes will consist of one first prize, one second prize, two third prizes, and 10 consolation prizes./.
