Online concert celebrates 103rd anniversary of Romania’s National Day

An online concert in celebration of the 103rd anniversary of Romania’s National Day has taken place from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on December 1, 2021 at https://fan8.club/event/MJ18NBto promote cultural exchange and tighten the solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Romania.

The event was held by the Institute of Music and Arts under the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) in coordination with the Romanian Embassy in Vietnam.
It drew the participation from artist Thanh Bach, cellist Dinh Hoai Xuan, musician-singer Sy Luan, pianist Iulian Ochescu, and vocalists Tien Long and Lan Nhung.
Works by renowned Romanian composer-conductor George Enescu (1881-1955), who was revered as one of the greatest musicians in Romanian history, as well as imbued throughout musical pieces in Vietnamese culture, were performed./.
