Calligraphy works and paintings on display in Hanoi

More than 100 works of calligraphy and paintings honouring the cultural beauty of an attractive art are on display at an exhibition which opened in Hanoi in celebration of the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi.

The event is being held by the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities – The Temple of Literature to connect calligraphy clubs in Hanoi, calligraphers from all three regions in Vietnam.
Diverse activities such as calligraphy performance, seminar on calligraphy activities, exchanges between calligraphy clubs and tourists are taking place.
For many years, calligraphy activities have been interested and welcomed by the public of the capital and the whole country. Calligraphy gradually becomes a cultural activity not only in the early spring but also in every season. Calligraphy often expresses the writer's innocence.
The event will be opened until October 10, 2020./.
