Promoting popularization of Ao dai at Hanoi Old Quarter

Hanoi Old Quarter Management Board will coordinate with the Club of Vietnamese Communal Houses to organize an event to study and popularize Ao dai at Hanoi Old Quarter Culture Exchange Center, 50 Dao Duy Tu Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, on November 21 and 22 to celebrate Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23).

Promoting the traditional Ao dai heritage is one of the outstanding activities of the club.
Specifically, on November 21, a workshop on the preservation and promotion of Ao dai in present society, introduction of Ao dai, studying materials and garments on Ao dai, and experiencing putting on Ao dai will be held.
On November 22, Ao dai for civil servants and students, wedding dresses, ao dai combined with modern patterns and a contemporary fashion collection on a traditional material background, will be introduced. The show will draw the participation of more than 100 amateur actors from all regions of the country./.
