Mr. Duong Quyet Thang was re-appointed to the position of General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP), while Mr. Luong Quoc Doan was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the bank.

Deputy Prime Minister (PM) Pham Binh Minh has just signed Decision 1626/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister re-appointing Mr. Duong Quyet Thang as General Director of the VBSP.
The Deputy PM also signed decisions to appoint members of the bank’s Board of Directors.
Specifically, in Decision 1620/QD-TTg, Mr. Luong Quoc Doan, PCC member, Secretary of the Party Delegation, and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers’ Association, was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the bank, replacing Mr. Thao Xuan Sung.
In Decision 1621/QD-TTg, Mr. Pham Hong Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam War Veteran Association, was appointed as a member of the VBSP’s Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Dao.
In Decision 1622/QD-TTg, Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi, Deputy Minister of Finance, was appointed as a member of the VBSP’s Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Huynh Quang Hai.
In Decision 1623/QD-TTg, Mr. Hau A Lenh, PCC member, Minister, and Chairman of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, was appointed as a member of the bank’s Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Do Van Chien./.
