Hanoi schedules fruit festival in November

The event offered opportunities for localities to exchange, study and carry out trade promotion activities, improving the value of fruit and agricultural products of regions in particular and of Vietnam in general.

The program was organized with a scale of 150 booths, divided into two areas, including: an area to promote and introduce typical fruit products of 6 regions across the country including Northern Midlands and mountainous area, Red River Delta and Northern Coast, Central Highlands, Central Coast, Southeast, and Mekong River Delta, and a booth area displaying and selling fruit and agricultural products of provinces, cities and Hanoi.

According to Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Lan, localities and units registering to join the event must ensure the diversity of goods and provide adequate information about the product. The participants are enterprises, cooperatives, households producing and trading fruit and agricultural products in Hanoi, and provinces and cities across the country.

The festival is scheduled to take place from November 20 to 24 or December, depending on the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in the city, at Thong Nhat Park in Hai Ba Trung District./.
