Bac Ninh increases cooperation with Korean businesses

Considering businesses’ success its success, Bac Ninh Province commits to accompany Korean businesses investing in the province.

So confirmed Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan during his reception for the Korean parliamentary delegation led by Parliamentarian Kim Hack Yong, on August 7.

At the reception, Secretary Tuan welcomed the delegation, stressing that Bac Ninh had been chosen by many Korean businesses for their investment, including the successful Samsung Complex in Yen Phong Industrial Park.

According to Secretary Tuan, currently, with 16 concentrated industrial zones approved by the Prime Minister, Bac Ninh is always ready in terms of the sites and necessary conditions to welcome a new wave of investment. “Therefore, Bac Ninh always welcomes Korean businesses to invest and expand production, especially in the semiconductor and microchip manufacturing industry,” he said.

On behalf of the Korean parliamentary delegation, Parliamentarian Kim Hack Yong expressed his thanks for the respectful reception by the leader of Bac Ninh Province, congratulated Mr. Tuan on being assigned the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, and said he trusted that he would continue to promote his ability with the leaders of Bac Ninh Province to achieve many successes in the coming time.

Emphasizing that 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of the friendly relationship between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea, marking a journey of cooperation with many achievements, Parliamentarian Kim Hack Yong said that there are currently hundreds of Korean enterprises investing in Vietnam. Among them are many leading industrial groups producing and doing business effectively in Bac Ninh Province, so to Korean people, Bac Ninh is a very familiar name.

He pledged to support the promotion of investment expansion activities of Korean enterprises in Vietnam in general and Bac Ninh Province in particular, adding that he hoped the province would continue to pay attention to supporting and creating good conditions for Korean businesses to invest and develop in the province.

Affirming that Bac Ninh Province will always accompany, cooperate and bring development to Korean businesses currently investing in the locality, Secretary Tuan emphasized that the province would promptly tackle Korean businesses’ recommendations on preferential policies for investment in the edge of industrial zones./.
