Vietnamese Women's Association in Germany donates over 112 million VND to victims of Hanoi apartment fire

The Vietnamese Women's Association in Germany on September 27 presented more than 112 million VND to the Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi, to support the victims of the mini apartment fire in Hanoi at No. 37, Lane 29/70, Khuong Ha Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City.

Mr. Khong Minh Thao, President of the Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan district, thanked the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs for recently connecting overseas Vietnamese from many countries to share with the victims of the Hanoi apartment fire. He also thanked the members of the Vietnamese Women's Association in Germany for their heart and sharing, and affirmed that their donation would soon reach the victims.
In recent times, the Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan district has received sharings and contributions from domestic and overseas Vietnamese to join hands to overcome the severe consequences of the fire.
The Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan district is actively advising and proposing plans to support victims' families to the Hanoi authorities, from donations raised by people at home and abroad such as supporting housing, welfare and education and so on for victims' families./.
