Hostel built to welcome the 14th Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress

The Quang Ninh provincial Trade Union and the Tien Yen district People’s Committee on October 5th built a plate on a hostel of the Ha Lau day-boarding school for ethnic minority students to welcome the 14th Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress in Ha Lau commune, Tien Yen district.
According to Quang Ninh Newspaper, the hostel was started to build from late December 2014 with 19 rooms for boarders, a dining-room, a kitchen, a room for management board and four toilets on an area of nearly 1,400 square meters. The total investment of the hostel is VND12.5 billion from the State budget and the district budget.
This is the second construction of four ones in Tien Yen district the provincial Trade Union chooses to build to welcome the 14th Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress for 2015-2020 tenure.
On this occasion, the Quang Ninh province Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development supported 10 tonnes of cement, worth VND10 million, to concrete the way to the hostel.
The hostel has been improved material facility and helped ethnic minority students study better./.
