Microsoft has just officially announced that three schools in Vietnam have been granted certificates from the Microsoft’s Showcase School programme and 265 staff members and teachers have won the title of Microsoft Innovative Educators (MIE) for the 2021-2022 school year, reported NDO.
The Microsoft Showcase School certificate is awarded to schools that are exemplary in implementing digital transformation and applying information technology to improve learning and teaching results, thereby creating an advanced education system.
To be recognised for this title, schools must meet six criteria, namely commitment to transformation, culture of learning and growth, personalised learning and inclusion, future-ready skills, data-driven decisions, and Microsoft Solutions impact.
Showcase School is the title for educational institutions with an innovative vision that recognises the power of digital transformation to unleash the potential of students and teachers.
Vo Thanh Trinh High School is the only public school in Vietnam to have been recognised with this title.
In addition to schools, Microsoft also honoured 265 officials, teachers, and education experts from many provinces across the country with the title of Microsoft Innovative Educators./.
