Australian-funded COVID-19 vaccines for children arrives in Vietnam

A representative from the Australian Embassy in Vietnam revealed that the further batches of the vaccine are set to be delivered over the next few weeks.

So far, Australia has committed to sharing more than 7.2 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for children in Vietnam.

These COVID-19 vaccine doses are anticipated to strengthen Vietnam's COVID-19 containment efforts by expanding vaccination coverage to protect young people nationwide.

This delivery completes Australia’s commitment to share 7.8 million COVID-19 vaccine doses with Vietnam, along with Australia's comprehensive COVID-19 vaccine support package worth US$60 million for the nation./.
