Eligible candidates for the recruitment drive must be Vietnamese citizens aged between 21 and 28 who have graduated from or are in their final year of college and university in a course relevant to the nursing sector and be in good health in order to meet the requirements to work in the Central European country.

Successful candidates will then attend an initial 12-month training course to study the German language at Colab's training facilities in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

Following this, the Goethe-Institute will conduct exams to assess each of the candidates’ proficiency in German, with only applicants who obtain the language level B2 being eligible to progress.

Following the completion of the German training course in Vietnam, candidates will then be eligible to enter the European nation in order to participate in a three-year vocational training course and start on the pathway of becoming a fully-qualified nurse.

Upon completing the course, each candidate will then be given a national certificate which will grant them permission to work in Germany.

Candidates can register information to participate in the online program at Colab’s website www.colab.gov.vn with the deadline for submissions being July 20th and entrance exams expected to take place in August./.
