Five-star cruise ship docks at Chan May Port

On October 13th, the five-star foreign cruise ship Mariner of the Seas bringing 4,200 international tourists and crew, docked at Chan May Port, Thua Thien-Hue province.

The tourists were taken to famous landscapes and relics of Hue, Hoi An and Da Nang.
Mariner of the Seas is part of the high-end Voyager class of the US’s Royal Caribbean International Group. It has a total length of 1,020 feet, a weight of 138,000 tons and a capacity to hold 3,114 passengers and 1,185 crew members.
According to the Chan May Port Joint Stock Company, from the start of the year, the port greeted nearly 22 cruise ships of all kinds with some 40,000 foreign tourist arrivals and 15,000 crew members.
Of this, Voyager of the Seas and Mariner of the Seas cruise ships brought 23,000 tourists and 9,000 crew members to visit famous tourist attractions and enjoy the cuisine of central coastal provinces./.
