Major stockpiled commodities are beverages, fruits and vegetables. Aiming to ensure the supply, since mid-2016, Saigon Co.op coordinated with providers to increase essential products to actively adjust prices of Tet goods.

The cooperative plans to associate with providers to offer 10-50% discounts on thousands of products just few days from Tet.

From now through the rest of the year, Saigon Co.op will open two more Co.opmart supermarkets and Co.op Food stores, and put some new business models into operation to increase its coverage and connection on price stabilization goods, or Tet goods.

The Co.opmart supermarket network plans to organize 160 mobile goods selling stalls in remote and rural areas, processing and industrial zones to better meet the shopping demand of the people./.
