The Lonely Planet’s Food Trails book has named Hanoi among the world’s 52 tastiest destinations, for its two foods of Pho (noodle soup) and Bun Cha (noodle and grilled meat).

th place, Hanoi was described as “the birthplace of some signature national dishes that have become synonymous with Vietnamese food worldwide, such as Pho and Bun Cha”.
According to Lonely Planet, the use of abundant fresh herbs created a unique flavour of cuisine in Hanoi, which is the city of gourmands, and there’s no better place in Vietnam for street food.
A few of the other most flavoursome spots are Buenos Aires (Argentina), Margaret River (Australia), Cape Town (South Africa), Aarhus (Denmark), Chennai (India), Piedmont (Italy), and Maine (the US)./.
