Ho Coc beach is located in the southern coastal province of Ba Ria - Vung Tau. “The coast is famous for its 11,000 hectares of tropical forest. With its huge barrier reef, this is perhaps the best place in Asia to go diving,” says the website.
Even at the weekends it’s more or less free of tourists and they can find somewhere to stay here for around USD150-200 a month.
Earlier, Ho Coc was listed as one of the world’s cheapest tourism heavens by Thrillist.
According to the website, very few people ever think of moving to other places, despite their desire for a change of scenery and all they really need to do is pack their suitcase and they could find themselves in heaven on the Earth.
Rounding off the list of the Top 10 include Avarua, Cook Islands (New Zealand), Cesky Krumlov (Czech Republic), Koh Thonsay (Cambodia) Guanajuato (Mexico), the Pearl Islands (Panama), Agonda Beach, Goa (India), Veliko Tarnovo (Bulgaria), Ksamil Beach (Albania), and Las Trancas (Chile)./.
