According to the ranking, the Da Nang International Airport has been named among the top 10 improved airports in the world, after the results of a survey of passengers’ ideas on the improvement of the airport’s service quality and their satisfaction after using the services.

In August 2019, terminal T2 at the Da Nang International Airport was recognised for four-star services by Skytrax, encouraging the airport to further increase service quality for best serving passengers. During the most difficult circumstances ever caused by COVID-19, it has still committed to provide best services to passengers.

Meanwhile, the Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi has been listed among the world’s top 100 airports for the fifth consecutive year in 2020, at the 87th position.

In 2016, the airport first gained a place on the list of world’s top 100 airports when the second terminal was put into operation.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the airport has improved its management quality while increasing channels to receive passenger feedback through email, hotline, website, social media, and the eSmile platform.

It also provides passengers with free wifi and mobile phone charging outlets, along with enhancing its landscape and facilities./.
