Lao Cai announces results of 12th Party Central Committee’s 11th Plenum

The event was attended by nearly 4,500 officials and Party members.

Secretary of the Lao Cai Party Committee Nguyen Van Vinh asked secretaries of directly-under party committees and executive committees at all levels to build political reports, evaluate results of the term and set orientations for the next term.

In his speech at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh thoroughly grasped Directive 35 of the Politburo and Instruction 26 of the PCC’s Commission for Organization on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13^th National Party Congress.

In addition, delegates disseminated Instruction of the provincial Party Committee on contents of party congresses at all levels, towards the 13^th National Party Congress; instructions on collecting ideas for draft documents; and implementation of Plan 2755 dated August 28^th, 2019 of the PCC’s Commission for Mass Mobilization on following and grasping the situation of people and collecting ideas of people on the Draft Document of the 13^th National Party Congress.

Mr Vinh asked secretaries of directly-under party committees and executive committees at all levels to carefully study contents and apply to the reality of organizing Party Congresses in localities./.
