National conference on 55 years of People's Public Security Forces implementing President Ho Chi Minh's testament held in Ha Nam

The conference was held both in person and online forms.

The organizing board received 164 presentations from managers and scientists inside and outside the People's Public Security force and 136 presentations have been selected and edited to publish for the public security forces to study and learn.

At the conference, delegates and scientists analyzed and clarified the meaning and contemporary significance of President Ho Chi Minh's testament; the historical significance of the testament for the current work of Party building and rectification; and the outstanding achievements in Party building in terms of morality over 55 years of implementing Uncle Ho’s Testament.

The presentations and recommends at the event were unanimous, clearly recognizing the stature of President Ho Chi Minh's Testament as an extremely valuable historical document, which is the crystallization of great ideas with strategic orientation, drawn from the practical struggle of the Vietnamese people and President Ho Chi Minh’s rich experience of revolutionary activities throughout his life.

At the conference, generals, experts and scientists evaluated the process of implementing the Testament in the People's Public Security force; and clarified the significance of the Testament for the cause of protecting security and order, building a clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern public security force.

The delegates also proposed measures to improve the effectiveness of implementing and following President Ho Chi Minh's Testament in all aspects of public security work; applying Ho Chi Minh's thought in building people's security and people's security posture.

Uncle Ho's Testament left extremely valuable lessons such as: the lesson of strengthening and ensuring the absolute, comprehensive, direct leadership in all aspects of the Party, which is the leading factor deciding all victories in the cause of protecting security and order, building the people's public security force; the lesson of wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the people, all policies and measures for security and order work must come from the people’s aspirations, protecting the people’s legitimate interests of and for the peaceful and happy life of the people./.
