Over the past 5 years of implementing Directive 05 on enhancing the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, the Women’s Union at all levels in the central province of Phu Yen has always proactively brought the content into regular activities in accordance with the conditions and situations in the locality.

Accordingly, the popularization and mobilization of women to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style were implemented through 100% of branches with more than 600 models of thrift practice following Uncle Ho’s example.
In the 5 years, the central province developed many models such as: Gold savings book following Uncle Ho’s example, Rice jar of love, Saving piggy bank, Saving coconut fruit, Garden of gratitude, Garden of welfare to help poor women and children, and Charity meal for poor patients.
Through the models, associations at all levels have mobilized an annual amount of over 700 million VND, helping hundreds of women, children and poor households overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives./.
