After three years of organization, Synopsys Intensive Training Program 2024 – Synopsys' annual IC design talent training program (abbreviated as the Program), continues to be implemented in coordination with BOS Semiconductor Company and the Electronics and Semiconductor Center (ESC) at the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park by the High-Tech Park Training Center in collaboration with SUN Edu International Education Joint Stock Company.
The 2024 IC Talent Training Program aims to find and train young talents to directly join units right after the Program. Launched on June 3, 2024, the program has provided 30 selected students with the opportunity to experience learning in an international standard environment.

Students were taught and guided by a team of experienced engineers from Synopsys and experts from BOS Semiconductor. In addition to enjoying an international standard training environment, students are also trained in soft skills, such as communication skills, teamwork skills, personal goal setting, letter writing and interview skills.
According to Mr. Lim Hyung Jun, Director of BOS Vietnam, the company's R&D Center in Vietnam has achieved great success in contributing to the development of new products. This has affirmed the great potential of the Vietnamese engineering team and motivated BOS to invest heavily in Vietnam, expanding the team to 70 expert staff in a short time.
Synopsys expects that this program will become an important bridge, cooperating with international microchip companies in the Asian market in developing high-quality human resources.
Mr. Luu Hue Tien, General Director of SUN Edu, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to Synopsys, BOS Semiconductor and SHTP Training for accompanying SUN Edu in developing talents for the microchip industry in Vietnam. With the results of the cooperation of the units, the General Director of SUN Edu hopes that more units will join to have more programs similar to ITP 2024.
According to information compiled from technical universities, in 2024, more than 16 universities across the country officially opened and enrolled students for microchip design and semiconductor technology; it is expected that more than 1,000 students will be trained under the new programs at the schools. Along with the strong development of the microchip industry, benefits for new engineers have also grown significantly./.
