According to the Vietnam Physics Society, three Vietnamese teams from Hanoi and the northern provinces of Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, and Ha Nam achieved outstanding results in the category of team creativity, which requires creativity and effective teamwork.

Specifically, the five-member Vietnam 2 team won the gold and the Grand Prix, which is the highest award given to the one that meets all criteria for a practical and creative project, reported VNA.

Vietnam 1, comprising five high school students, secured the remaining gold medal, while two secondary and one high school students from Vietnam 3 earned the silver.

Organised by the World Women Inventors and Entrepreneurs Association (WWIEA) and sponsored by various global scientific organisations, the annual contest aims to encourage young generations to continually innovate and explore science and technology. This year’s edition took place from August 4-6.

Last year, Vietnamese students also performed exceptionally well at KIYO4i, winning two gold medals with the Grand Prix and one bronze./.
