Vietnam Airlines to open direct flight connecting Da Nang and Thailand's Don Mueang

National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines on September 29 organized a trade promotion conference and announced the expected operation of the Da Nang - Don Mueang (Thailand) air service in November.

This move aims to realize the outcomes of talks between Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his Thai counterpart Srettha Thavisin on the sidelines of the recent high-level week of the 78th United Nations General Assembly in New York.
It also celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Vietnam-Thailand Strategic Partnership, contributing to promoting bilateral economic, tourism and cultural trade between the two countries.
The Da Nang - Don Mueang route is expected to better meet the diverse needs of passengers, along with the goal of developing cultural, economic, political and social exchanges between the two countries.
The Vietnam Airlines now operates six daily direct flights connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with Bangkok via the Suvarnabhumi International Airport./.
