Authorities of Co To district of Quang Ninh province is testing a 360-degree virtual reality application to provide a new experience for visitors to the President Ho Chi Minh Special National Memorial Site on Co To island.

The cost for this technology is low but creates high effectiveness in promoting and advertising tourist destinations in the area.
