Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Hung Yen provincial People’s Council, was recently appointed as Deputy Minister of Health by the Prime Minister.

He was born in 1966 and graduated from the Vietnam Military Medical University. He was Deputy Director and Director of the Health Center of Hung Yen city, Hung Yen province.
Then he was elected as Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Hung Yen city People’s Committee, Head of the Hung Yen provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Popularization and Education, Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Organization.
In June 2016, he was elected as Chairman of the Hung Yen provincial People’s Council for the 2016-2021 period./.
