The city People’s Committee and Sun Group on March 7th introduced programs for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2018.

The organizers said the event will last two months, from April 30
th to June 30
th, with five nights of competition on five topics: “Love, Time, Happiness, Aspiration and Friendship”.
With the theme “The Legend of Bridges”, eight teams being Da Nang (Vietnam), Poland, France, the US, Italy, Hong Kong (China), Sweden and Portugal, will tell cultural stories of each country through bridges symbolizing history, culture, tradition and architecture.
Each team will also represent a bridge to promote friendship, peace, and connectivity.
The opening ceremony will take place on April 30th with the displays of the host and Poland, while those of France and the US are scheduled for May 26th, Italy and Hong Kong on June 2nd, and Sweden and Portugal on June 9th./.
