The 2024 Hanoi Creative Design Festival with the theme "Creative Crossroads" took place from November 9 to 17. According to the Organizing Committee, during the 9 days, the festival welcomed about 300,000 people. This is the largest number of participants ever for a creative festival in Hanoi. More than 200 press agencies participated in promoting the festival with more than 1,200 news articles, contributing to promoting the festival to a wide audience at home and abroad.
The 2024 Hanoi Creative Design Festival attracts more than 500 units, creators, architects, artisans, especially many young artists in the design field. The festival was formed along seven typical historical heritage works of Hanoi with more than 100 creative activities in 12 fields of cultural industry, typically architecture, design, fine arts, performance, cinema, advertising, handicrafts and publishing.
People and tourists experienced creative spaces at prominent architectural works such as: Children's Palace, National Museum of History, University of Natural Sciences (former General University), Government Guest House (Bac Bo Phu) and cultural spaces of Hoan Kiem Lake, Ly Thai To Monument Flower Garden, Dien Hong, Co Tan, 19/8, and Tao Dan. Among them, many architectural works opened to visitors for the first time, becoming attractive creative spaces attracting a large number of people and tourists to queue up to experience./.
