Four groups of young volunteers from Hanoi will come to the central provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue from December 4 to 11 to support people in flood-affected areas.

The youth volunteers of the capital will carry out meaningful activities such as supporting fees to repair schools, houses, roads and water pipes; supporting fees to supply  seeds and learning tools; presenting scholarships to children from disadvantaged families; visiting and presenting gifts to households that were heavily affected by the storms and landslides, and Vietnamese heroic mothers in flood-affected areas; donating high-pressure water sprayers to the young rapid response teams in localities in order to support the people to overcome the consequences after the flood and prevent and control epidemics for children and people.

The activities demonstrate the exemplary spirit and responsibility of the Capital's youth in implementing activities for social security activities and volunteering for the community. /.
