Congratulating Party members, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong affirmed that the Party badge is an expression of respect and recognition of the merits and contributions of the old Party members to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and nation. This is not only an honor for the Party members, but also the pride of the Party organizations, localities and families.

At the meeting, he also briefed the successful organization of the 17^th Hanoi Party Congress. The Deputy Secretary affirmed the result is due to the consensus of the entire Party, authorities and people in the Capital, including contributions from the Party Committee, authorities and people of Hoan Kiem district.

According to Deputy Secretary Nguyen Van Phong, the general target of the Hanoi Party Committee toward 2025 is to develop the capital quickly and sustainably toward the green urban, smart and modern city, with high competition in Vietnam and region; and basically complete the industrialization target.    

Mr. Phong hoped that old Party members would continue to uphold the spirit of pioneering, exemplarily and actively contributing to building the Party and the political system to set an example for the young generation to follow, contributing to helping the Hoan Kiem District Party Committee and the Hanoi Party Committee successfully complete the goals and targets set in this term./.
