Second flight bringing Vietnamese citizens home from Australia scheduled for early July

Vietnam Airlines plans a flight to bring Vietnamese citizens stuck in Australia home on July 3rd.

Nearly 310 Vietnamese citizens return home from Angola

The flight is arranged to meet the desires of Vietnamese citizens stranded in Australia due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Vietnamese Embassy is collaborating with the Vietnamese Consulates General in Sydney and Perth and Vietnam Airlines to organize the second flight, which is scheduled to depart from Sydney. 

The citizens who will be brought home on the flight will have to pay their transport fees and will have to be taken to centrally approved quarantine areas for 14 days under the regulations.

The passengers on the flight are under 18, pregnant women, the elderly, sick individuals suffering from underlying illnesses, tourists, guest workers with expired visas and labor contracts, and students with no accommodation due to the closure of their dormitories or completion of their study.
