308 overseas Vietnamese repatriated from RoK complete quarantine period

As many as 308 Vietnamese citizens repatriated from the Repubic of Korea (RoK) finished 14 days of concentrated quarantine in the Southeast province of Dong Nai and completed procedures to return home on August 24.

This is the third time Dong Nai has organized safe concentrated isolation for Vietnamese citizens returning from abroad.

Among the citizens returning from ROK and sent to the concentrated quarantine sites in Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, there are 6 children who are 7 - 8 months old, 8 pregnant women.

After 14 days of isolation, all citizens have stable health, and security and order in the quarantine area are guaranteed.

There are still 330 citizens who returned from Australia being quarantined in Dong Nai province’s Xuan Loc district. Hopefully these citizens will also be safely quarantined and returned home in the coming days.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, Dong Nai province has organized concentrated quarantine for more than 2,000 people, including citizens returning home from abroad on flights organized by the Government, those coming back from pandemic-hit areas and other in close contact with patients with COVID-19./.
